Just a few years back, I can remember that the most memory for flash drives doesn’t exceed 8GB. I was amazed when stumbled across an advertisement on about a 32GB flash disk. This is a great storage extension to those who carry laptop and work mobile. However, when you search Google for higher memory capacity, some people claim to have 256 GB and even 512 GB flash drives. Note that these are flash drives (thumb drives, USB drives, or flash disk) and NOT external hard disks. The memory storage industry has gone a long way. Even terabyte hard drives nowadays are being sold in the market. Just a thought…
