We’ve officially started Christmas shopping today. We went around malls to look for different gift items for ourselves, our family and friends. We haven’t bought much yet except for a couple of clothes. What’s notable though is that you see a lot of discounts and sale offered by different stores. Prices have dropped for clothes, gadgets, samsung lcd, books, toys, kitchenware, and a lot more.

Good thing we just received our Christmas bonus and we’re loaded with enough budget this holiday season. At this point, I’m looking forward to offering gifts to my family and friends and share the spirit of Christmas with them.

For those who haven’t bought their gifts yet, here are some ideas that you may consider offering.

• iPhone, iPod or iPad. This is ideal if the person that you plan to offer gift to is very dear to you, such as spouse or partner in life, brother, sister or your kids.
• Men or women's sweaters. It’s a cold season, so why not offer a sweater to your family or friends.
• Books or Magazine. You may choose the latest best seller. Be sure to know the interest of your recipient though.
• Personalized Mugs or Towels. This is ideal if you plan to offer gifts to a number of people.
• Gift Cards or Gift Certificates. Offer this if you really can’t think of a nice gift for someone else.
