Exercise and Healthy Living
I’m currently weighing at 176 lbs. In boxing, that’s the light heavyweight division. This only means that I need to shed off my fats, especially around the belly area.
I don’t have exact plans especially after wasting a full year subscription of gym membership. I don’t plan to enroll again, so I need to look for other alternatives. We recently bought dumbbells, so I guess that’s a good start. I’m also planning to cut down on salty and fatty foods, and take in natural colon cleanser foods such as fruits and vegetable.
I have eight months left to have 150 lbs. (this is part of my 2011 new year’s resolution) and hopefully I’ll be able reach it.
Having More Fiber Intake
We had a scare last week when my wife had herself checked for a lump around her belly. She underwent some tests and fortunately, a lot of the tests came out negative. She will still have more tests, and we’re praying that nothing serious will come up.
What we’re planning now is a change in our lives. We need to be more health conscious, and that starts with the food that we’re eating. We were advised to have more fiber intake. Earlier today, we went to the grocery and checked some fruit basket arrangements in the fruits and vegetable section. We bought some of them, including oat meal and other food rich in fiber. Our plan is that we would soon be eating healthier meals, slowly but surely.
