A Year of Gym Membership

Our membership at a local fitness gym officially ends at March. It’s really unfortunate that we had to cut our membership because we simply don’t have enough time to visit the gym regularly. We’ve wasted money because of this, so we decided to stop it for now. As a workaround, we may look for a good home exercise equipment and check on some weight loss supplement reviews. We really feel the need to have physical activities, so we’re considering cheaper options. Once we’ve fixed our schedule at work and at home, perhaps we can register again.

Gaining Weight

A few days ago, I’ve noticed that I have gained weight during the past three or four months. Sometimes, I really feel fat as I find myself tired and with little energy to have any kind of physical activity. I do like playing basketball and badminton, but I haven’t done so for almost a year.

I’ve checked on some products online such as sensa and the like, but I was advised that having enough physical exercise is still needed. We’re on the last month of a gym membership that we haven’t really maximized, so I might purchase an equipment that I can use at home on a daily basis. Let’s see where this would bring me a month from now.
