Losing Belly Fat This Year

As I get to encounter different people, I observed that quite a number are engaged with physical activities. It seems that losing weight and becoming fit is part of their new year’s resolution. I see them visiting to the gym before or after going to work. Some purchase equipment like dumbbells, muscle stimulation, treadmill and the like. In a way, this inspires me especially when I saw the effect of their activities on their bodies. Hopefully, by the end of the quarter, I’ll see some improvement in my body as well.

Project 2011 – Lose Weight

During the holiday season, my wife asked me to check my weight. I was very confident that I didn’t gain any. To my surprise, I’ve reached 80 kilograms, equivalent to 176 lbs. That’s around 17 lbs weight gained since the last time I checked, and 22 lbs in about a year.

I really feel fat and very slow, so this year, I’m planning to go back to where I was years ago. I may check on some diet pills products, diet plans, and renew my gym membership. By the end of the year, I’ll be checking and posting results. Wish me luck!
