My Tracking Sheet
Everyone needs to have a sound financial planning, and I’m not exempted from this. For me, I track all my day-to-day expenses in a spreadsheet. In the document, I create different tabs which separate each major component of my assets and liabilities. I create separate tabs to monitor my daily expenses, stocks, maintain the details of my mutual fund, insurances and other plans, savings, loans, etc. If you want a template, just leave me a personal note.
Most of my friends are using the same method. We only have three years of professional experience, so I guess this is a good start. I expect it to be more complex once I engage into different financial activities.
If you have a company or a good business, maybe you can ask professional help to do the analysis and review of financial statements. (If you’re business is doing bad, the more you should seek this) This could boost your revenues and you’ll surely become a cost-effective company.
