Less than a year since iPhone 4 was launched, news about the 5th generation is circulating around the web. If this is true, I’m not sure why they’re planning to release another major version is such as short period of time. Nonetheless, we’re in no hurry to upgrade ours since we’re totally enjoying the gadget because of:

• Games like Angry Birds, Cut the Rope, Scrabble and others.
• Applications such as dictionaries, forex, metrics converter, barcode scanner, expense monitoring.
• Books about photography, business, health and fitness and more.
• Built in features like camera and the phone itself

The fact that our phone provides us with everything that we need, there’s really no reason why we have to upgrade. I guess this applies to other iPhone users as well.

Angry Birds is no doubt one of the most successful games in history in terms of popularity and revenue. Four months ago, it was estimated that the total revenue reached approximately $70 million. Rovio, the company that owns it, claims that the game only cost $140 to make. Do the math, and see the % of its profit.

Because of the games popularity, several pictures, videos, and games are created about it. One game launched a few months back, is parody of the game. Named Angry Daddy, it’s about a pig trying to shoot down attacking birds with bow and archery arrows. Playing the game made me laugh for a few moments.
