Exercise and Healthy Living

I’m currently weighing at 176 lbs. In boxing, that’s the light heavyweight division. This only means that I need to shed off my fats, especially around the belly area.

I don’t have exact plans especially after wasting a full year subscription of gym membership. I don’t plan to enroll again, so I need to look for other alternatives. We recently bought dumbbells, so I guess that’s a good start. I’m also planning to cut down on salty and fatty foods, and take in natural colon cleanser foods such as fruits and vegetable.

I have eight months left to have 150 lbs. (this is part of my 2011 new year’s resolution) and hopefully I’ll be able reach it.

Being Cautious of Diet

After feeling some chest pains for the past weeks, my husband decided to be more cautious of his diet. I’ve been telling him this for some time and I’m glad that he’s more serious on this now. He plans to lessen meat from his meals, especially beef and pork. In addition, he committed to eat more fruits and vegetables. He also wants to explore crash diets that work and other meals that are high in fiber and other nutrients.

My wish is that we both remain to be healthy, and that we won’t have any serious illness. I guess eating healthier foods is a step closer in achieving this goal.
