Breakfast Cereals
I wasn’t raised to have cereals during breakfast. Ever since childhood, I always take in full breakfast – rice, bread, eggs, bacon, ham and the like. This has been ongoing until my college days. Never did I experience having milk and cereals, and everything changed when I started to work.
Now, breakfast for me needs to be quick because of work. I don’t have time to cook my meals so eventually, I settled to having cereals and milk. At first, I don’t feel fulfilled at all. It seems that my morning is incomplete, so sometimes, I also als eat burgers, fries and other foods before lunch. It came to a point that I noticed that I gained weight after a couple of years. I’m not into any weight loss diet program (yet), but I’m now watchful on my diet – and having breakfast cereals is a big part of it.
