The prize is USD $100,000 for the winner, and that’s on top of having the benefit of losing tons of weight.

The format won’t deviate from the shows presented in other regions and countries. The series offers one-shot opportunities for selected individuals to participate in intense physical activities and experience real-life tests. They will be supported by professional trainers in their goal to achieve the challenges.

The Biggest Loser Asia will be hosted by Malaysian television personality, Sarimah Ibrahim,and will be aired on the Hallmark Channel in Asia. Filming will be at somewhere secret in Malaysia during last months of 2009.
